Sales & Marketing Coordinator, US

REPORTING TO: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, US

JOB PURPOSE:

Reed & Mackay leads the global travel and event management arena with extraordinary service and proprietary, client-led technology. In May 2021, we became part of the Navan Group, and together we are setting the agenda for the future of business travel.


We’re looking for a US-based sales & marketing coordinator to work with our marketing team to help drive client acquisition in the US. As a marketing generalist, this person should be a collaborative and creative marketer with a passion for performance marketing, lead generation, marketing operations, and demand generation events.

We’ve been on an incredible journey, and as we continue to expand our marketing department in the US, we’re looking for a marketing coordinator to support the company’s growth plans to join the team working closely with the US Director of Marketing, the SVP of US Sales and Marketing, and the US sales team.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client and prospect events, including networking events, thought leadership events, webinars, and tradeshows, from concept creation to on-site event logistics support to post-event analysis
  • Manage RSVPs and attendee lists for events, conducting outreach to ensure maximum participation and engagement
  • Maintain and manage the US social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery across platforms
  • Write and schedule social media posts, including graphics as needed
  • Provide support in content creation for case studies, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing materials
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution processes, including campaign setup, targeting, scheduling, deployment, and analysis across multiple channels
  • Coordinate lead management processes and workflows to facilitate efficient lead capture, routing, and follow-up by sales team
  • Maintain and enrich prospect and client database, including data optimization, collection, cleansing, and segmentation processes to maintain high-quality data for marketing campaigns and analysis
  • Use CRM software to manage and track lead interactions, update prospect information, and document sales activities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted prospecting strategies and optimize the lead generation process
  • Provide administrative support, including budget tracking, expenses, calendar management, CRM data entry, and tracking deadlines
  • Travel to New York City office up to one time per month and to tradeshows/events across the United States up to 4 times per year to support event logistics, shipping, and prospect and client event support

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot or similar CRM strongly preferred (including list building, campaign tracking, and data analysis and reporting)
  • Experience in supporting marketing event logistics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and understand complex products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and client- and solution-oriented
  • Thrives on a deadline, works well under pressure, and manages multiple tasks with ease
  • Demonstrates the ability to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently
  • Experience in ZoomInfo or similar systems a plus
  • Experience in business travel or related field a plus
