The Reed & Mackay Events 2025 summer incentive offers clients booking an event or event travel taking place from 1 May 2025 to 31 July 2025 the opportunity to choose a single incentive from a choice of awards based on the value of the booking. Choices include:
- Discount of between £200-£500 on your next booked event (dependent on booking value)
- Free on-site support (dependent on booking type and value)
- Sustainability donation to the value of £200-£500 through carbon avoidance and removal credits – powered via our partnership with SQUAKE (dependent on booking value)
- Charity donation to of between £200-500 (dependent on booking value) to one of the following charities:
- Macmillan Cancer Support
- British Red Cross
- Save the Children
- Mind
- Shelter
- National Animal Welfare Trust
- 4Oceans Partnership
The small print
- Offer applies to new events booked from date of launch, 24 March 2025. This offer does not apply retrospectively to existing enquiries we already received by Reed & Mackay Events.
- Offer valid for Reed & Mackay clients, UK entities only
- Offer applies to events confirmed and which take place between 1st May 2025 and 31st July 2025. For multi-day events, final day of event must be 31st July 2025.
- Onsite Support is for one day only in London and includes Travel and Expenses. If outside London, then T&E will be chargeable. Additional days onsite support will be chargeable (prices to be agreed).
- Offer valid for one reward per booked event.
- Client agrees to work with Reed & Mackay’s recommended suppliers.
- Doesn’t apply to venue sourcing, registration websites or billback only.
- Discounts do not apply to third party/supplier costs. Discounts will be deducted from Reed & Mackay Service Fees.
- Discount off next event:
- applies to events of the same value or higher.
- valid only for events with a start date of 1st August 2025, and an end date of 31st January 2026.
- Value of event is based on final supplier costs, and does not include Reed & Mackay Service Fees
- Event must be fully paid and reconciled to Reed & Mackay before reward can be activated.
- Booker is responsible for selecting their preferred reward.
- Reed & Mackay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to choose an alternative charity if necessary.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon enquiring about this incentive.
- Reed & Mackay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
