Shelley is a standout Business Travel Consultant, recognised for her exceptional service, unwavering reliability and consistently high performance. Working on one of the busiest teams, looking after a mixture of accounts, she exceeds productivity targets while delivering a VIP experience to every client. Calm under pressure and solution-focused, Shelley is a go-to person during incidents and a trusted support for her colleagues. Testimonials praise her responsiveness, professionalism and dedication.
Corporate Travel Manager of the Year – Graeme Fyvie
Graeme’s nomination recognises his leadership skills, plus his strategic vision and innovation that have helped transformed Reed & Mackay’s Energy & Marine division. He leads high-performing teams, drives operational excellence and fosters strong client relationships. Over the past 18 months, Graeme spearheaded the development of a bespoke tech stack that’s revolutionising complex travel bookings for Energy & Marine clients. Graeme is widely respected across the industry and is known for his commercial acumen, integrity and collaborative spirit. Clients and colleagues alike praise his professionalism and unwavering support.
Corporate Account Manager of the Year – Martin Jubb
Since joining Reed & Mackay 18 months ago, Martin has made a powerful impact as a Client Success Manager in the Energy & Marine sector. Known for his proactive mindset and deep industry knowledge, Martin consistently puts himself in the clients’ shoes. He anticipates needs, resolves challenges and delivers data-driven insights that strengthen partnerships. His handling of the recent London Heathrow disruption showcased his calm, responsive approach to incident management. Clients describe him as an extension of their team, praising his professionalism and strategic thinking.
Agency Support Award – Non Reservation – Skye Simms
Skye joined Reed & Mackay in early 2024 and has quickly become an indispensable part of the team. Tasked with setting up the NDC admin support desk, she not only built a clear, user-friendly process but also trained and uplifted junior colleagues along the way. Her calm, proactive nature and willingness to go above and beyond have earned her praise from consultants and senior leaders alike. Whether managing urgent audits or supporting DEI initiatives, Skye brings compassion and confidence to everything she does.
Business Travel Consultant of the Year – Dawn Van Zanten
Dawn’s nomination recognises her journey from consultant to client team lead since joining Reed & Mackay in 2022. She delivers exceptional service and leadership and has a genuine passion for helping people. Whether managing a major client implementation or navigating the recent London Heathrow outage with calm precision, Dawn consistently goes above and beyond. Her ability to build trust, anticipate needs and lead with empathy has earned her admiration from clients and colleagues alike. Described as caring, proactive and reliable, Dawn is not just a consultant, she’s recognised as the heartbeat of her team and an ambassador for excellence.
