We’re proud to share that we’ve been recognised with the Business Travel Achievement in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) award at the BTN Group’s Business Travel Awards Europe 2025.
This award is a significant milestone for our team, who go above and beyond to embed inclusivity into company culture.
Judges praised Reed & Mackay’s embedded DEI strategy, from affinity groups to leadership engagement, saying we are ‘proving inclusion is more than policy, it’s a culture in action’.

Held in London on 21 October, the awards celebrated excellence across the corporate travel sector. Nearly 800 professionals gathered to pay tribute to leadership, innovation and partnership. Now in its 30th year, the event continues to shine a spotlight on the progress across the industry.
“It’s an honour to receive this award, as we believe our greatest strength lies in the diversity of our people. We’re committed to nurturing a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work,” Reed & Mackay Global Employee Experience Manager Alison Hallett says. “This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. And we’re proud of the work we do to create more inclusive travel experiences for our customers.”
That includes a dedication to asking the question of whether the industry is doing enough to support travellers of all backgrounds. Through thought leadership reports and practical guidance, we’re helping our clients explore what inclusive travel could look like.
