FAQs
Change to improve your experience
What's new?
General
-
1. What reports will I have access to?
You will have access to visualization dashboards and paginated reports (tabular format). Dashboards are a collection of visuals, such as charts, graphs, and KPIs, that provide a quick overview of your data. A paginated report is a type of report that is designed to be printed or exported in formats such as Excel. It has a fixed layout that stays consistent across pages.
-
2. Will I still receive my scheduled automated reports?
Yes. However, please note if you have a schedule for a report that is being changed or consolidated, your schedules will be set up against the new/consolidated report, meaning that the name of the report and type of schedule may have changed. For example, if previously you had a schedule for a Post Trip Summary and a Pre-Trip Summary running for the same parameters, the data of both of these reports is now included in the Pre-Trip Consolidated Report. In the event that you have a schedule against a report that is being removed and it's still required, you can work with your CSM to understand if a schedule against a different report should be set up instead.
