Victoria O’Rourke

Global HR Director

With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years and holding the designation of Advanced Chartered Member of the CIPD, Victoria O’Rourke brings a wealth of experience to her role as Global HR Director.

Since joining Reed & Mackay in 1996, Victoria has been entrusted with steering Reed & Mackay’s overall human resources strategy. Her responsibilities encompass talent acquisition and development, organisational and cultural development, as well as HR operations across the global footprint of Reed & Mackay’s multinational offices.

Victoria recognises the significance of creating an environment that nurtures well-being, inclusion, and a sense of belonging. This commitment is central to the success of Reed & Mackay’s engagement and retention strategies.

Victoria, along with her dedicated People team, plays a pivotal role in advising, guiding, and supporting the Leadership and Management teams. Their focus is on adopting best HR practices across the entire Reed & Mackay Group, closely aligned with the company’s distinctive management styles, culture, and core values.
