Flights have resumed at Heathrow Airport over the weekend. However, we anticipate flight disruptions will likely continue at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) for the coming weeks.
Our focus continues to be getting our clients where they need to be as quickly as possible. 2865 travellers have been supported to date. We are pleased to share that we are now experiencing a more stable volume of enquiries which is an indication of the situation starting to stabilise.
- Reed & Mackay will continue to operate our 24-hour service
- Reed & Mackay Operational teams across the globe, including our Rapid Response teams, and teams based in the US, UAE, Europe and APAC continue to work on a priority basis, supporting travellers who are in immediate need of assistance
- Having increased the head count of our operational teams to support the increase in activity, we expect to continue this level of servicing into Monday to support any ongoing disruption
- Global Client Success personnel will be on hand to support our operational teams as required into Monday
- We will continue to send travel alerts via our Incident Management Unit. We will only send further communications like this one, if there are any significant updates
