Utilising change management expertise and strong leadership skills, Alex Cousins has successfully delivered multi-national projects and business change programmes across various travel companies and disciplines. Transitioning from design to the travel industry early in her career, Alex expected a role in travel to be a ‘stop gap’. However, 30+ years later, Alex is still actively engaged in the field. Despite the shift in industry, Alex continues to apply a design-oriented methodical approach to her work.
Joining Reed & Mackay in 2018, Alex has navigated significant changes and had the privilege of leading fantastic teams across Client Success, Project Office, Implementation and now Navan Pro during the tenure.
With a daily commitment to achieving meaningful milestones, Alex’s most notable accomplishment is the establishment of the Project Management Office for Reed & Mackay in 2022. This initiative has flourished from the ground up, contributing to the company’s success in delivering large-scale business change programmes.
