Position: Senior Compliance Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
A position has become available for a highly competent individual to join our growing Legal & Compliance
Team as a Senior Compliance Manager.
This position is a full-time role that will be involved in maintaining all aspects of quality, environmental and
business continuity compliance; ensuring that industry standards and best practices are implemented as part
of an integrated approach to security across the organisation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the small Compliance team function including one Compliance Manager and one Internal
Auditor. - Work closely and collaborate with our parent company Navan Inc to ensure continuity of practices whilst
maintaining the R&M focus. - With a focus on Quality Management and supporting responsibilities across Business Continuity and
Environmental Management, be responsible for maintaining the ISO certified Integrated Management
System (comprising of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22301) in line with industry best practice and
regulatory requirements. - Own the management of the Quality Management System, ensuring it is effectively implemented and
continually improved. - Identify, track and manage corrective and preventative actions and continual improvement opportunities
along with the rest of the team. - Contribute to internal and external audits including managing requirements, educating internal
stakeholders, and ensuring that certification requirements are met. - In compliance with ISO 9001, as part of the team monitor and evaluate the quality of products, services,
and processes to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. - Collaborate with departments to assist with process and departmental manual updates and the creation
of quality improvement plans, where necessary. - In compliance with ISO 22301, support the Compliance Manager’s development and maintenance of
business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization’s ability to operate in the event
of disruptions. - Support the rest of the compliance team with working together to test and regularly update business
continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure they reflect changing risks and business needs. - In compliance with ISO 14001, support the Compliance team with assessing and reporting on the
environmental impact of the organization’s operations. - Support the Compliance team on developing and implementing environmentally responsible practices and
initiatives to minimize the organization’s ecological footprint. - Support the Compliance team in the maintenance and submission of the annual Ecovadis assessment.
- Gather and analyze data related to quality, business continuity, and environmental management
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and measure performance in these areas.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in quality, continuity, and
environmental management - Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant legal requirements.
- Contribute to the General Counsel reporting to the CEO each month.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to quality, continuity,
environmental management, while contributing to broader governance of all company policies - Develop and deliver training programs and awareness initiatives to educate employees about the
importance of these governance areas and their role in compliance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
- A supportive management style
- Proven quality management certification, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent
- Proven experience in quality management and compliance
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to quality management and corporate
governance - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive persuasively positive changes in a busy and
fast moving environment. - Alignment to the R&M core values.
