As global Net Zero deadlines approach, sustainability is no longer optional, it’s essential. Corporates are increasingly recognising the importance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting, prompted in part by legislative frameworks.
In this evolving landscape, we are strengthening our position as a sustainable and responsible business with the release of our fourth Sustainable & Responsible Business Report.
As a business, we are committed to embedding sustainability into our operations. We aim to set ourselves up for long-term success in our responsibilities to our people and the planet.

A robust CO2 reporting framework
One of our core achievements in the past year was completing a full, global Scope 1,2 and 3 CO2 inventory. Following external audits, we’re proud to announce we have been verified to ISO 14064-1 standards.
This work has strengthened our ability to report accurately to both internal and external stakeholders. It also supports our long-term climate ambitions, including our formalised commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2045. Our progress was further validated by our first public disclosure to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
We know that supporting our clients on their sustainability journeys is just as important as progressing on our own. That’s why we continue to expand the services and technologies that enable responsible travel choices. We continue to work closely with SQUAKE and Neste, and in March 2025 we partnered with Clarasight, a leading carbon planning and intelligence platform.
Furthermore, this year, we expanded our end-to-end sustainability solution for meetings and events.

Key sustainability achievements
Reed & Mackay’s senior management recognises the focus sustainability requires and that clients need our full support with it. Consequently, Jeantine Mankelow joined as Sustainability Product Manager. Mankelow has a wealth of experience in sustainability and technology, and her role will see her focused on driving innovation to ensure we continue to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
Our dedication to our sustainability objectives has also been recognised by EcoVadis’ assessment of sustainability performance, as we achieved a silver rating in 2024. This places us among the top 3% of all companies rated in the travel agency, tour operator, reservations and related activities industry.
Diversity, equity and inclusion
We remain fully committed to incorporating the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into our strategies, policies and procedures.
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are key pillars of this commitment. In the past year, we launched global DEI dashboards, built affinity groups and celebrated our inaugural Global DEI Week.
We seek to be inclusive, diverse and to create a culture where everyone is appreciated and encouraged to thrive.
