7 of the best London venues for corporate events

Christ Church Spitalfields event set up

Some of the best event venues in the world are in London. Event technology provider Cvent – who Reed & Mackay partners with – named England’s capital as its top meeting destination in Europe for 2025.

“London’s vibrant mix of history and culture makes it one of the most exciting cities for events,” Reed & Mackay Event Manager Ahnya Livingstone says. “From grand palaces to hidden gems, ballrooms to quirky warehouses, the variety of spaces on offer suits every style and budget.”

Our event experts share just a few of the great venues in London to consider for your next corporate event, conference, party or meeting.

Christ Church Spitalfields

Christ Church Spitalfields (main picture above) mixes rich history and modern features right in the heart of London. Completed in 1729, Christ Church blends old-world charm with modern event facilities.

The Nave – the main event space – features high windows, elegant columns and upper galleries. This makes the space ideal for dinners, concerts and receptions. It can seat 250 or hold 600 standing.

Downstairs, the bright and welcoming Crypt is perfect for smaller events. It offers space for 60 seated or 300 standing, so it’s ideal for meetings or evening celebrations.

The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn

Located in the heart of central London, Lincoln’s Inn combines historic charm with modern style across 11 acres of beautiful grounds. With 19 versatile event spaces, Lincoln’s Inn is ideal for everything from small meetings to large celebrations.

Host your event in the impressive Old or Great Hall for a traditional setting. Or choose the Ashworth Centre for a more modern feel, complete with adaptable rooms and modern AV. Whatever the size of your event, Lincoln’s Inn can offer a beautiful and memorable backdrop.

Tower Bridge Walkways

Tower Bridge’s famous walkways stretch 61 metres between its North and South Towers. Here you’ll experience stunning panoramic views of London from 42 metres above the River Thames. With glass floors and a one-of-a-kind setting high above the city, it offers an unforgettable event experience.

The North Tower Lounge, with its striking neo-Gothic architecture and river views, is ideal for daytime events. For something even more unique, the Engine Rooms offers a dramatic setting for events of varying sizes.

National Gallery

The National Gallery provides a truly unique setting for events, with spaces surrounded by iconic artwork from the Italian Renaissance to modern works. Enjoy a seated dinner in Room 32 among Italian masterpieces (capacity 450), or host a reception in the elegant Mosaic Terrace for up to 60 guests.

From the versatile Barry Rooms to the grand Central Hall, each space tells a story. Choose from curated event packages that include private tours and art activities.
