Hartwell brings more than 25 years experience across the travel industry
LONDON, 4 DECEMBER 2024 – Reed & Mackay, a global leader in corporate travel and event management, is delighted to announce the appointment of Kieran Hartwell as its global Chief Revenue Officer. Hartwell brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and revenue growth and will play a pivotal role in Reed & Mackay’s ambitious trajectory within the Navan Group.
In his new role, Hartwell will lead revenue-generating departments globally, aligning the company’s Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a competitive, premium offering to the market, aligned with a seamless customer experience.
Reporting directly to Reed & Mackay’s Group CEO, Fred Stratford, Hartwell’s appointment marks a significant step in Reed & Mackay’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellence in corporate travel. He will spearhead the development of data-driven strategies to engage new market segments, optimise go-to-market models, and refine value propositions in partnership with customer and product teams.
