JOB PURPOSE:
The Talent Development Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning experiences across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of training programmes, maintaining learning systems, and enhancing employee development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training Coordination and Logistics
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to schedule and organise training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual learning events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Manage venues, materials, catering, and technology set up for training events.
- Ensure all resources are prepared and available ahead of sessions.
- Coordinate TD aspects of the onboarding process, including arranging training and monitoring early learning progress.
- TD Communications
- Support the creation of engaging TD campaigns, including Teams posts and email communications.
- Promote learning opportunities across the business.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to training and development.
- Learning Platform
- Support the TD team with the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
- Upload and manage course content, user access, and reporting features.
- Provide administrative support for TD projects and initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date learning materials and assist in the creation and formatting of new content.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Track and update training attendance, gather feedback, and generate reports on learning effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Core Skills & Experience:
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with LMS platforms desirable). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- A passion for learning and employee development.
- Previous experience in a learning and development or HR coordination role is desirable.
