JOB PURPOSE:
A position has become available for a highly competent individual to join the Commercial department as Senior Pricing Analyst. This position is focused on the delivery of Commercial Pricing across Reed & Mackay wholly owned and Partner locations. The role requires a coordinated commercial approach to pricing and relationship management. This is a varied role best suited to a team player with a high level of commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to communicate to a global audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare bespoke pricing for new prospects/current clients dependent upon profile, market and
- preferences under specific instructions and tight deadlines
- Analyse and consolidate complex MI for global tenders
- Manage the delivery of analysis and system development of fees and pricing
- Assist R&M Client Success team in tender/re-tender situations
- Work collaboratively with team members on delivery of project based analytical work
- Develop and maintain an effective and professional relationship with key stakeholders both internally and
externally
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- A minimum 2:1 in a numerical undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience working in a B2B Pricing/Revenue management environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to always communicate effectively and
professionally - Strong numerical skills with demonstrable ability to interpret data sources to identify areas of
opportunities and recommend solutions - Advanced level understanding of Excel essential, Tableau experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mind and conscientious approach
