It all started with a list of names: the 15 best Audi Original Accessories Managers from the Audi Spain Network who, throughout 2024, had successfully exceeded their targets and delivered outstanding service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are the people who, day after day, represent the brand through direct customer relationships and the management and sale of Audi Original Accessories at their dealerships. It was now their turn to receive recognition with an incentive trip<\/a> that reflected the level of excellence they had demonstrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Audi wanted to recognize its top performers. But this wasn\u2019t just about choosing a nice destination; it needed to be an experience with personality and purpose. Something that reflected Audi\u2019s values of quality, authenticity, and precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisbon as the stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lisbon was chosen to host the incentive not only for its charm as a capital city but because it could serve as the perfect stage for a truly memorable program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For four months, Reed & Mackay Spain<\/a> worked hand-in-hand with Audi and Ducati to design a seamless experience. From guest communications and event branding to carefully chosen local suppliers, every detail was meticulously planned. The group stayed at the stylish Hotel Liberdade 138<\/a>, right in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incentive program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Day 1:<\/strong> Tuk-tuk tour through Lisbon\u2019s iconic neighborhoods, tasting local delicacies along the way. The day concluded with a rooftop dinner overlooking the River Tagus, a perfect moment to celebrate the participants’ achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2: <\/strong>A 4\u00d74 adventure to Sintra and Cascais, with a stop at Cabo da Roca, the western-most point of continental Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3: <\/strong>A visit to the Ducati dealership, connecting the group\u2019s automotive DNA with their daily work. The trip closed with a sunset catamaran cruise on Lisbon’s River Tagus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trip’s impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As well as a trip to reward top performers, the incentive was a chance to strengthen bonds between team members, inspire motivation, and create lasting memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
