Global TMC begins rollout of new user interface and functionality as part of ongoing investment in its proprietary booking platform R&M\/Book<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will enable business travel bookers and travelers with intuitive access to a wide range of airline content to make better purchase decisions from a single global view<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LONDON, 18 June 2024 \u2014 Reed & Mackay, a global leader in corporate travel and event management, today announced it has launched the rollout of its next-generation proprietary booking platform, R&M\/Book. As part of the rollout, the new booking tool interface will be designed to make the shopping experience feel even more intuitive, while still enabling the connected travel experience which is core to Reed & Mackay\u2019s 60-year heritage of delivering a premium, people-led service.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The enhancements to the platform are designed to better surface the depth of airline data and content available to businesses and travelers, empowering them to make informed decisions that drive cost effectiveness and better experiences for travelers.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intuitive navigation within the tool is evolving to make it even easier to compare, book, and make informed decisions on a wide range of options for the traveler \u2014 all within the customizable parameters of each client\u2019s individual travel program policies. These options, all managed from a single portal, will include pricing, sustainability, and flight experiences within a single portal view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The enhanced benefits of the new of R&M\/Book features are poised to include: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The ability to have a single aggregated view of comparisons across flight schedules and fare options to make the smartest and most cost-effective purchase decisions.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Instant visibility and intuitive navigation of rich fare attributes from seat maps to in-flight entertainment and Wi-Fi to ensure a better travel experience. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A snapshot view of the changes and cancellation rules, including cancellation fees for individual travelers to ensure travel bookers have all the information they need to make informed decisions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Following significant investment in accelerating Reed & Mackay\u2019s product and engineering teams, as well as extensive client consultation, the enhancements to the R&M\/Book platform demonstrates the business\u2019 ongoing commitment to continuous innovation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Further enhancements from the Global TMC will follow over the course of the year. Clients are being offered early access to the latest version, with ongoing consultation through the rollout.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n
