Addition marks sixth acquisition for Navan Group since 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LONDON, 06 June 2024 <\/strong>\u2014 Global travel and event management company, Reed & Mackay, today announced that it has acquired Italian corporate travel and events business Regent International S.R.L, expanding its wholly-owned footprint to now include the top five European markets for business travel spend.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This follows strong organic growth for Reed & Mackay in Germany and France, as well as the rebrand to Reed & Mackay of its businesses in Spain and Sweden over the last 12 months. Year-over-year, Reed & Mackay grew by 28% in mainland Europe.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This latest acquisition underpins Reed & Mackay\u2019s commitment to Europe with a local-first strategy, exceptional service across the globe and a consumer-grade technology offering. \u201cItaly is an important market for Reed & Mackay\u2019s clients. Not only does Regent International bring deep-rooted knowledge of the Italian corporate travel and events market, its values also closely align with Reed & Mackay\u2019s uncompromising focus on high-touch service.
