ROLE SUMMARY: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Reporting to the Financial Controller \u2013 APAC & ME, the Management Accountant will be a key member of
the Finance team in the APAC & ME region that will help support the growth and development of the
business globally and work on projects like IPO planning. The role provides an exciting opportunity to be
instrumental to the strategic direction of the company, working across the entire organisation interacting
with Senior Management as well as Operations, Account Management, Sales and Finance.
This is a “hands on” role that requires a motivated and focused Management Accountant looking to step up
and take on responsibility and be involved and contribute to the business holistically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ROLE: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a talented and confident person who can communicate well. Experience working within
the corporate travel sector is not necessary, but someone who can adapt quickly, listen intently, and work
equally as hard on their own or as part of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Qualified Accountant (CA \/ CPA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a commercial\/ business environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • US GAAP knowledge would be advantageous<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to work to strict deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience of working with NetSuite will be beneficial, but not essential<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A track record of developing and improving systems and processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience in Travel Industry, FinTech, MNCG desirable, as well as working for a fast paced
    multinational organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Month End close for the APAC & ME region including Balance Sheet reconciliations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Being responsible for the day-to-day management of various entities in the region<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensuring the readiness of the APAC as part of a wider global IPO<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Client Trading & Profitability analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assistance with annual budgets and rolling forecasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Annual statutory audits for the APAC region<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assistance with periodic tax compliance including BAS, IAS, PRT, ITR etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Processing of overhead invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ad hoc reporting as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      Responsible for assisting with compliance to Reed & Mackay\u2019s certification programmes and
